Creating and editing users

User Management

The User Management page allows for the setup of personalized Users. Different “Roles” can be set for each user to decide what type of access they should have throughout the interface—what they can/cannot see, edit, manage, etc.

To access “User Management,” go to “Setup” on the Main Navigation Bar and select “User management.”

Add new User

  • 1.       From the User Management page, select “New”:

  • 2.       A “New User” menu will open. Insert the user information, then select “Save”:

Edit User

  • 1.       To edit a User, select “Edit” for the user you want to modify:

  • 2.       In the “Edit User” menu, insert changes and select “Save”
