How to Personalize Dashboards

  1. Create new page tab:

Selecting this button begins the process of adding an additional page tab to your dashboard. Selecting it will first show a pop-up menu to name the new page tab, after which you can start adding widgets to the new page.

2. Add new Chart:

There will always be an empty panel with a plus option; this is the place to go to add an additional widget.

After clicking the plus button, a pop up window displays that gives the user the choice of selecting what kind of widget will be added to the page.

Now the charts added will have these buttons on it let's see what they do:

Clicking the square button sets the widget to full screen, so the user can view all the details.By clicking and holding the middle button, the user can rearrange where the widget appears on the dashboard. Selecting the vertical 3 dot button allows the user to remove the widget from the dashboard, as seen below.

At the bottom of most widgets is a string of information titled TTL. TTL means Time to Live, which represents the amount of time remaining until the widget will refresh itself.

The bottom right of a widget may have a yellow tag that says “Current View Only,” which means that the widget is showing only the information filtered by the view selected on the page.

The button shown in the right bottom corner  of the widget screen, If a user clicks and drags, they will be able to control the sizing of that widget on the dashboard.
