How to add breaks on the web interface.

TO ADD BREAKS TO EMPLOYEES  PLEASE, FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS.

1.Select View and Site that you would like to add breaks.

2.Go to Employees and select TimeSheet page.

3.Press the Select filtered button (This option will select all of the employees) and will add breaks in bulk.

All employees will be selected as the example below:

4.Right-click and Select New Timecards.

In this example, we are adding breaks in bulk for (23 employees)

5.Please, fill up the next required fields in the pop-up window.

Example

Site: Office.

Location ID: 70077017.

Start Time and End Time of Break: 9:00 am to 9:10 am.

Job: Break.

6.Press save button and review the breaks added in the Timeline.

7. To confirm breaks were added correctly press the "Save" button.
